What is BŌCHŌ傍聴
Two people talk. Anyone may quietly listen in.
二人が話す。誰もが、そっと傍聴する。
The two vermilion dots are the two in dialogue; the white dots circling them, the audience. Now and then, one drifts to another conversation.
朱の二粒＝対話者、まわりを巡る白色の粒＝傍聴者。ときおり一粒が、別の対話へ流れていく。
THE IDEA傍聴とは
A stranger sits in on a conversation between two others — not to judge, not to join, only to listen.
当事者ではない誰かが、二人の対話にそっと立ち会う。口をはさむのでも、良し悪しを決めるのでもなく、ただ聴く。BŌCHŌは、その「傍聴」だけでできた場所です。

You talk one-to-one with someone you've just met — each in your own language. No script. Your words are carried across by live subtitles, and your silences are allowed to stay.

No account. No need to speak. You are not a party to the conversation — but you are not a stranger to it either. You simply listen. Sooner or later, you meet a conversation you cannot forget.
登録も、発言も要らない。あなたは当事者ではない、けれど無関係でもない。二人の対話に立ち会い、世界がまだ聴いたことのない会話に耳をすませる。やがて、忘れられない対話に出会う。
BŌEN傍縁
The way a fire holds your gaze, a conversation can hold you — quietly drawing you into its depths.
焚き火の炎から目を離せなくなるように、気づけば、会話の深みに惹き込まれている。血縁でも地縁でもない、聴くことだけから生まれる縁。わたしたちはそれを傍縁（ぼうえん）と呼びます。BŌCHŌが育てたいのは、この縁です。
